Subject	Boost controller or boost jets/ecu upgrade?

Message	I have a completely stock tt and just ordered some downpipes and hardpipes. Everything on my car has a rebuild in the last 1000 miles including the turbos. Should I go ahead and get an electronic boost controller or get boost jets and ecu to correspond with boost jets. So boost controler or jets? and sorry i keep trying to fill in my profile and it pulls up error.. Any help is appreciated!
